Too often, federal, state, and philanthropic dollars never reach the grassroots organizations best positioned to serve those at highest risk. The LCCL changes that.
Since 2004, we’ve partnered with 237 community and faith-based organizations in urban and rural communities across 10 states, managing more than $154 million in government and philanthropic funding. We remove barriers by managing complex grant requirements, building strong fiscal accountability systems,providing ongoing technical assistance and individualized capacity building—driving resources deep into communities that would otherwise be overlooked.

Across states such as California, Colorado, and Oregon, our partners deliver crime victim services, reentry programs, violence interruption, mentoring, employment services, housing, and more.
